YOUR BODY IS CAPABLE OF ALMOST ANYTHING, IT'S YOU MIND YOU HAVE TO CONVINCE.
Let's all go into today keeping this in the back of our minds.
Let's not just eat healthy and exercise to lose weight- let's do it because we just want to improve ourselves.
Improving yourself does't always have to be based on the scale or how you see yourself in the mirror; it could be about anything!
Improve your posture, be a better son/daughter, be a better friend, procrastinate less.... the list could go on.
We all have things that we wish we could do better, why not start today on this lovely Tuesday.
Take 5 minutes out of your day this morning, think of something you've been wanting to be better at and make today the day you start trying.
I promise you'll feel good
