
Open Gym is a great time to come into our gym and use our equipment at your own pace. Whether you're kids are looking to get some energy out, you'd like to come in and show off to some friends or you're looking for a good workout- our gym is yours to use how you'd like.

Nope! Everyone, members or not are welcome to attend open gym. We do require that all participants are at least 5 years old (unless they have attended Ninja Tots).
We recommend registering in advance, as space may be limited but you aren't required to. Our system does shut off open gym registration once it begins, but you're still more than welcome to come in!
Our passes are considered day passes which means you can come anytime during our open gym hours and stay as long as you'd like. You're even welcome to leave and come back later that same day! We do close our Youth Area for classes and for birthday parties but our rock climbing area never closes so you can always head in there if we do have to close an area.
Staff members are on site to supervise the facility and ensure safety. Open Gym is not an instructed class but we are always here to help if you need it!
Each area offers it's own equipment and obstacles. Our Youth Area offers 2500q ft of beginner friendly obstacles. The obstacles are lower down to the ground and mostly doable for anyone- even if they've never ninjaed before. Our Rock Climbing Area offers two bouldering walls consisting of easy, moderate and advanced routes. Our Adult Area offers 5,000sq ft of advanced ninja obstacles, Spartan obstacles, a full fitness area and a cozy yoga room.
To make sure the gym stays a welcoming and safe space for everyone, we do have some rules that we ask everyone to follow.
