Our Toddler & Youth Ninja Classes

What is Ninja?

Ninja is an exciting sport inspired by the obstacles seen on the tv show; American Ninja Warrior. Students run, jump, swing, climb, balance, and conquer a variety of obstacles that challenge strength, agility, coordination, and problem-solving skills. 


Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, ninja training provides a fun and rewarding way to build confidence, improve overall fitness, and discover what you're capable of achieving. 

Our Drop In Classes

Ninja drop in classes are perfect for beginners or for those who just can't get enough of doing obstacles. Try a class to see if your child likes the sport of ninja without committing to the whole 8 week program. We offer drop in classes for ages 5-7, 8-12 and some pop up classes for 3-5 year olds.

8 Week Programs

In these classes, kids are challenged to navigate obstacle courses that test their strength, agility, and problem-solving abilities. The classes often include climbing walls, balance beams, rope swings, and more, providing a full-body workout that is both challenging and fun. During each week we focus on teaching at least two new obstacles as well as reviewing previous obstacles.

Ninja Tots (3-5)

Our Ninja Tots class is the perfect way to introduce your preschooler to the exciting world of obstacles! Each week, little ninjas will jump, swing, climb, balance, and hang their way through fun courses designed just for them. Along the way, they’ll also build coordination, balance, strength & fine motor skills

Tots Registration

Level 1 (6-8)

The classes often include climbing walls, balance beams, rope swings, and more, providing a full-body workout that is both challenging and fun. During each week we focus on teaching at least two new obstacles as well as reviewing previous obstacles.
