We are so excited you're interested in personal training!
We have three trainers at our Weymouth location: Jen, Dan and Matt. All three trainers work with their clients to safely push them towards their goals. Your fitness goal can be weight loss, strengthening, running your first 5k, or just building overall fitness.
Hiring a personal training is kind of like getting your very own cheer leader mixed with someone who loves to make you push yourself more than you'll do on your own. If you're interested in working with a trainer please fill out the form below and we'll get back to you shortly!
