Ninja drop in classes are perfect for beginners or for those who just can't get enough of doing obstacles. Try a class to see if your child likes the sport of ninja without committing to the whole 8 week program. We offer drop in classes for ages 5-7, 8-12 and some pop up classes for 3-5 year olds.
In these classes, kids are challenged to navigate obstacle courses that test their strength, agility, and problem-solving abilities. The classes often include climbing walls, balance beams, rope swings, and more, providing a full-body workout that is both challenging and fun. During each week we focus on teaching at least two new obstacles as well as reviewing previous obstacles.

Yes! Ninja classes are a great introduction to physical activity because they combine movement, problem-solving, and fun. Many children who aren't interested in traditional team sports find that they love obstacle-based activities.
Not at all. Building strength is part of the journey! Level 1 focuses on developing the foundational skills, balance, coordination, and confidence needed to tackle obstacles over time. We always add in strengthening movements such as planks, pulllups and squats but we find our students gain the most strength just by trying lots of obstacles and parkour movements.
Absolutely! Our 8 Week Programs come with an open gym membership as well to allow students to come in on their own and work on obstacles they learned in class or explore new ones of their own. The membership begins after the first class and ends the Sunday after their last class.
Our coaches monitor each student's progress and skill development. When your child consistently demonstrates the skills, confidence, and safety awareness needed for the next level, we'll let you know they're ready to advance. Some things we also take into account is a student's respectfulness towards their coach and fellow students, willingness to learn and their attitude. A great attitude and desire to be better can sometimes outweigh a student's ability to do obstacles!
