NINJA 101 Drop Ins
These Ninja 101 drop in classes are perfect for beginners or for those who just can't get enough of doing obstacles. Try this class to see if your child likes the sport of ninja without committing to the whole 8 week program.
Each class will incorporate instruction on obstacles including monkey bars, rope climbs, trapeze laches, warped wall, ect and guided open gym to allow students to explore on their own.

SELF DEFENSE DROP IN
Our Self Defense Program offers a friendly community for anyone looking to improve their self-defense skills. Maia has built an environment that focuses on hard work and self-improvement for both beginners and those who have been practicing for a long time. Her combination of Krav Maga and Taekwondo in classes have cultivated a unique and unified atmosphere.
Join our brand new class and learn some movements to help feel strong and capable!

OPEN GYM
During our Open Gym we open our facility to anyone, member or not to come and try, practice or play on our obstacles. This is a great way for any child, 5 and older who wishes to come and see what it's like to be a Ninja Warrior. We do have instructors making rounds during open gym to offer help, but open gym is not an instructed class. If you'd like an instructed class, please check out our 8-week programs!
**Our system is silly and won't let you pre-register after Open Gym has begun, this doesn't mean we're full- you're welcome to come in and we can register you upon arrival. You're welcome to stay as long as you'd like!

OPEN GYM RULES:
- If an adult is working out in the obstacle area please be courteous as they have specific exercise routines to finish
- Anyone under the age of 15 must have parent/ guardian present in the gym at all times
- Fitness area is only 15+
- All participants must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian
- Have fun!
- Closed toe shoes must stay on at all times
