OPEN GYM
During our Open Gym we open our facility to anyone, member or not to come and try, practice or play on our obstacles. This is a great way for any child, 5 and older who wishes to come and see what it's like to be a Ninja Warrior. We do have instructors making rounds during open gym to offer help, but open gym is not an instructed class. If you'd like an instructed class, please check out the drop-in class or 8-week programs! Our system is silly and won't let you pre-register after Open Gym has begun, this doesn't mean we're full- you're welcome to come in and we can register you upon arrival.

- If an adult is working out please be courteous as they have specific exercise routines to finish.
- Anyone under the age of 15 must have parent/ guardian present in the gym at all times
- Fitness area is only 15+
- All participants must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian
- Have fun!
teEN nINJA dROP-IN
This drop in class is designed for teens ages 13-17. With a trainers help they will focus on obstacle technique, course running, and obstacle based strength training.
cOURSE DAY DROP-IN
One of our more popular classes to start with, course day is for anyone interested in running American Ninja Warrior style courses and get a feeling for the gym/ obstacles. On Saturday mornings, an instructor will design and help kids through the a new course each week. The obstacles will be in the beginner-intermediate range so this class is open to ninjas of any level.
