Fitness Classes:
HIIT
This is a 60 minute class that is based around interval training. There will be some light weights involved but also a lot of bodyweight work. This class will take you through multiple circuits targeted at bringing your heart rate up and down through different zones throughout the workout.
Classes are held every Tuesday 5-545p
Ladies Only Strength
This is the perfect class for beginners, people new to exercise or anyone looking for strength training, core work and overall fitness in a ladies only environment.
Classes held Thursday from 5-545p
Teen Strength
The teenager strength class focuses on:
-The basics and proper form of movement patters (squat, push, pull, hinge and rotate)
-How these movements apply to sport
-Loading and unloading bars for a safe gym environment
-Stretching basics and importance
-Load progression
During each week each participant will have a strength plan made for them based on their survey and fitness test in the first class. At the teen age, strength training can be an important part of fitness, as long as it is done slowly and correctly. Our Certified Personal Trainer will oversee each class's progression and safety.
Ages: 13-17 year olds
Total participants: 8
Cost: Members: Free
Non Members: $22 per class
Ninja Classes:
Adult Ninja Warrior
This class is a great place for anyone just starting out with ninja training. The class focuses heavily on beginner obstacles and obstacle technique. Some of the obstacles we cover include: Rings, quad steps, warped wall, and laches. This class runs on a drop in basis and is open to anyone 15+
Classes are held Mondays 515-615p and Thursday 6-7p
Teen Ninja Warrior
Teenager Ninja Warrior is a class for 13-17 year olds. In this class we work on the overall strength you need to complete obstacles, learn new obstacles or techniques weekly and offer an environment for any teenager to enjoy working out.
We welcome teenagers 14+ to our adult classes as well, but this class is meant for just that age group.
Classes are held Mondays 515-615p and Thursday 6-7p
