Adult Fitness Classes

Personal Training
If you're interested in working on something specific or not sure where to start, Personal Training might be the thing for you. We have three trainers; Jen, Dan and Matt who are all ready to help you safely reach any goal you might have! Read about each trainer and when you're ready- reach out for a free consultation.

Youth/Teen Classes
We have a few different options for youth. If they're coming in to get some energy out and try obstacles- an Open Gym or Drop-in class would work for them. If they're ready for the next step and join an 8 week program- our Level Programs for ages 3-5, 6-8, 9-12 and 13-17 would be best. Click the appropriate button to learn more.

Youth Camps
Here at the gym we offer lots of fun things to keep kids active and building their confidence through obstacles. We offer single and three-day camps during any school holiday and Summer. Camps are great for kids 6+ to build new friendships, get lots of energy out, build some strength and have fun doing it!
