OCR Fit
In our OCR Fit classes our coaches lead the class through a workout created for those interested in trying their first obstacle race or performing better at one.
By using functional fitness, bodyweight training and obstacle specific movements we strengthen our bodies, minds and health. This class isn't just about how tough the workout is, it's about learning, growing and adapting ourselves to be stronger all around.
Our coaches can help train you for any upcoming race including Spartan, Tough Mudders, Fit Challenge, Renegade Run, Savage Race and more.

Ninja Warrior
Our Ninja Warrior coach Dave have competed on the show seasons 6-14 and Jen has competed on seasons 6, 7 and 8; they've trained for thousands of hours the past eight years and have put together workout routines to get you ready too. This training isn't just about the obstacles- it's about mental strength, confidence and athleticism.
Whether you're training for the show, want a different type of workout or have nothing to do on a Tuesday or Thursday night please join us!
Tuesday classes are for those training for the show, New England Ninja Warrior, National Ninja League or have been training with us for a while.
Thursday classes are for those interested in trying out the sport but are new to it. We tone down the workout and focus more on obstacle technique so you can safely learn how to do them.

Teen Ninja Warrior
Teenager Ninja Warrior is a class for 13-17 year olds. In this class we work on the overall strength you need to complete obstacles, learn new obstacles or techniques weekly and offer an environment for any teenager to enjoy working out.
We offer an 8 week program or for those who want to try it out first-a drop in option.
Classes are held Tuesday 3:45-4:45p
There are two ways to register;
Sign up with the 8 week program that includes classes and an open gym membership during the 8 weeks to come in and continue working on obstacles.
Sign up for a one-time class with the drop in option.
Our next 8 week program starts September 19th
Registration opens Wed 8/23 @10am.

Teenager Strength Program
The teenager strength program is a 6 week class that will focus on:
-The basics and proper form of movement patters (squat, push, pull, hinge and rotate)
-How these movements apply to sport ( if a class members main sport is Ninja, then obstacles might be in their individual program)
-Loading and unloading bars for a safe gym environment
-Stretching basics and importance
-Load progression
During the 6 weeks each participant will have a strength plan made for them based on their survey and fitness test in the first class. At the teen age, strength training can be an important part of fitness, as long as it is done slowly and correctly. Our Certified Personal Trainer will oversee each class's progression and safety.
This program includes one class per week; Thursdays 4p
Ages: 14-17 year olds
Total participants: 15
Cost: Members: Free
Non Members: $150
Session date: October 5-Nov 9
