Ninja 101
These Ninja 101 drop in classes are perfect for beginners or for those who just can't get enough of doing obstacles. Try this class to see if your child likes the sport of ninja without committing to the whole 8 week program.
Each class will incorporate instruction on obstacles including monkey bars, rope climbs, trapeze laches, warped wall, ect and guided open gym to allow students to explore on their own. Classes are for 6–12 year olds.

Level 1 Ninja
Level 1 is TA's introduction to Ninja Warrior. This course is focused on the problem solving skills of Ninja Warrior; seeing the obstacles in front of you and figuring out how to get through them efficiently. Students in this course will not only learn how to conquer obstacles seen on the show, but will also gain more of an understanding just how competitors think about getting through the course quickly. They will also work on strength training that ninjas need; pullups, deadhangs, core strength, grip strength and speedwork. This course is great for any fitness level, whether they are new to Ninja or if they have been in one of our programs before.
Our obstacle programming is always evolving to teach new obstacles but some obstacles learned in Level 1 will include:
The cost of all 8 Week Programs is $245 and includes an open gym membership for students to come in and get extra practice on the obstacles they learned in class.

Ninja Tots
Our Ninja Tots (3-5 year olds) class is designed to introduce the world of obstacles; hanging, jumping, climbing, swinging and balancing to preschool students while building on the fundamentals of being a ninja. During each class the instructors will work balance, fine motor control, coordination, strength, and important social skills as well as get some energy out with fun obstacle courses.
Parents are encouraged to stay and watch. The last 10-15 minutes of each class is dedicated to "Free Play" time, where you are invited to come out with your child as they practice the obstacles and show off their new strengths. Instructors will monitor/ assist to help you and your child enjoy the all the skills they've learned and explore the space in a safe environment.

To join Level 2 all ninjas must show good attendance and attitude, an understanding of the obstacles and techniques taught in Level 1, and physical aptitude to take on the added challenge. After passing Level 2, participants could move to Level 3 or a Team Class.

This is an invite only program that is built for kids wanting to compete in ninja warrior competitions. Teams meet twice a week. We focus on strength training, obstacle confidence/ technique, course running , and teamwork.
