MEET JEN & DAVE
Never an active child, Jen hit her peak at 200 pounds at only 14. It wasn't until after high school when she became an EMT working in Boston she discovered the gym. Being able to jog for only 30 seconds before gasping for breath she knew she had to do something. With massive dedication and time she pushed herself like never before and truly learned what exercise could do for someone. Her achievement: 70 pounds of fat loss and 15 pounds of muscle. At age 22 Jen received her Certified Personal Trainer's license from the nationally accredited American Council of Fitness (ACE). In 2014, after 7 years of being an EMT she put down the stethoscope and started her own business in hopes of providing everyone with the knowledge and motivation they need to reach their own goals Jen is always training for something different, whether it be a ultra-marathon or an obstacle race. She loves trying out new ways to challenge herself and share her journey with her clients and anyone else who is looking to push themselves. Growing up, Dave played every sport he could, he had a huge love of it from the start. From winning wrestler of the year at age 15 and 16 to medals in track and field Dave has shown he succeeds to anything he tries. At age 22 Dave became an EMT working in Boston, moved up the ranks to a paramedic and landed his dream job as a firefighter at age 27. He earned his Group Fitness Instructor license in hopes to pass on the knowledge he has, and get people as enthusiastic about fitness as he is. Jen and Dave's fitness journey has led them to compete in some of the hardest physical events said to exist, you can see them on American Ninja Warrior season 6- St. Louis, season 7-Kansas City, season 8- Philadelphia, season 9-Kansas City, season 10-Philly and season 11- Baltimore. Check out the schedule and come on in! |
