Thanks for checking out our re-opening schedule. While we are in Phase 3, we'll be doing the best that we can to offer services for all of our patrons including youth, adult, ninjas and non ninjas. With only 40% capacity it forces us to change a lot of things. Please bare with us while we navigate these state designed protocols as well as the protocols we have put in place to protect you and our staff. Not Your Average OCR
We know... all races were cancelled and you're not motivated to start working towards next year's goals.
Let us introduce Not Your Average OCR.
This is a 60ish minute event held every other Saturday outback of TA. We have one goal and that is to motivate you to keep working on getting stronger even if your race calendar is empty. Event begins at 10am and ends when you've finished.
During these events there are two options; a novice level and veteran level. Choose the novice level if you haven't been too active this Summer and the veteran level if you have been or want more of a challenge. Each level will have their own obstacles/exercises to perform as well as a different length of running in between.
99% of the event will be outdoors, except for the obstacles which, if you aren't ready to be inside- you can choose an "opt out" card for an extra exercise to do.
A few things to keep in mind:
-If you are outdoors and socially distant from others you are more than welcome to take your mask off, but if coming indoors for an obstacle to kindly wear it until you head back outside
-Please sign up beforehand and let us know what option you're running that day so we can plan
-Bring water!
-Be prepared for running, lifting, crawling, flipping tires, and more!

ADULT FITNESS CLASSES & personal Training
Adult Classes: Except for Restorative Yoga and Adult Ninja Class, all of these classes will be held outside for at least Phase 3. We'll keep the classes outside for majority of the class, but might bring the class inside for a short period of time, or if it is raining out. We are continuing to let participants keep masks off as long as at least 12ft distance is maintained but please bring a mask in case we head into the gym. If you're ready to take classes with us check out the schedule and make sure to pre-regsiter since we can only have 12 participants per class.

KIDS NINJA CLASSES &
eVENTS
Saturday Youth Course Day: A group of up to 10 students will be lead through a few obstacles that will be turned into a course after some practice. The participants will remain with a coach for the entirety of class to maintain proper hygiene, safety, and social distancing.
Parent Night Outs: The Parent Night Out's a perfect way for you to get a few hours to yourselves. As with all other events at the gym, this is a strict drop off/pickup event. The participants will do open gym, games, challenges and courses for 1-2 hours and end the night with either a movie or a Ninja Warrior episode. PNO's will be held on Fridays in July from 630-930pm. A staff member will be present with the kids to ensure proper hygiene, social distancing and safety. Typically we supply pizza for our PNO's but to limit contact we'll give out snacks and drinks.

INTRODUCING: Ninja Fit: Ninja Fit is a brand new, four-week program starting August 4th. It's a combination of exercise and obstacle training to get these kiddos ready for when we're able to offer Level classes again. Classes are Tuesday or Thursday, 330-430 for ages 9-12, and 445-545 for ages 6-8.
OPEN GYMS
-Open Gyms: To control the amount of people in each side of the gym, we'll be breaking our facility into two parts; the Adult Side which is 5,000sq ft and Youth Side which is 2,500 sq ft. According to the Phase 3 protocols, we are allowed to have a max occupancy of 40 people.
Some of the major changes to Open Gyms: (UPDATED 7/26)
-Guardians are asked to accompany their ninjas into the gym. You won't be charged, but will be added to the occupancy counter.
-Open Gyms are scheduled for set blocks of time, with a break in between for cleaning the gym. You're welcome to sign up for multiple blocks and are welcome to come at any time during that block, but must leave during the designated cleaning time.
-Our system does shut off the registration once it begins, but that doesn't mean you can't come in, just give us a call to register or you can when you come in.
-Liquid chalk is now allowed, but we ask no sharing!
