Two Ingredient Cookies

Cookies that taste like cookies... but look much better on MyFitness Pal. 

Ingredients: 
2 old bananas (older, softer tastes a little sweeter)
1 cup oatmeal 

(add in other ingredients if you'd like- walnuts, raisins, chocolate chips)

How to: 
Mush bananas together in small bowl and add in oatmeal plus any additional ingredients you put in. Spoon out 12 little circles of mix onto baking sheet. I like to oil the sheet just a bit. Cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Take out, cool down and done! That's it.

Calories: 44
Fat: 0.6 g
Carbs: 9.3 g
Protein: 1.1g
Sugar: 2.6


This is a great snack for breakfast, mid morning or even before a workout for energy!
