Oceanside Fitness has always operated out of local gyms and outside at beaches and parks during the warm weather.
We are super proud to announce the coming of our very first facilty for 2014. Located in the South Shore area, it will be convenient to get to from Hingham, Braintree, Quincy and surrounding towns. What will the gym offer? Oceanside Fitness is all about having fun while getting in shape, so we're offering a variety of classes including: Bootcamp Classes Obstacle Bootcamp Classes One on One Personal Training Kids Fun Fitness Classes Parkour Classes Weight/fat loss Consultation Nutrition Guidance Those are some of the classes that will be offered, if you have any suggestions, we'd love to hear them! Not into classes? The gym will also offer a "free gym time" Come and workout in our gym however and for as long as you'd like! What equipment will we have? We'll have everything you'll need for your workout, including cardio machines, weight training equipment, free weights, climbing rope, gymnastics and parkour equipment. Grapefruit aids in weight loss: Grapefruit is high in enzymes that burn fat and it has a high water content, which causes fullness. Have some before a meal to help with getting full and burn fat while you eat

Weight loss isn't easy. If it was, we'd all look amazing and have the body we want. I'm not here to tell you it's easy, or that it'll come quickly. It takes work, sometimes some very hard work. It's time for those New Years Resolutions to begin. Experts say by the end of January the percent of resolutioners goes down to 64% and only a few months later drops even farther to 44%. So what happens in those months to cause people to go back to their old ways? A number of reasons can discourage you enough to quit;
A goal that you can do for a year rather than only a few weeks will be better for you in the long run. Who knows, maybe you'll like this fitness stuff so much you'll keep it up! Whether your resolution is fitness based or not, remember; it is a marathon, not a sprint. You'll always have the support and motivation from me, if you need anything don't hesitate to write or call.
