It's time for those New Years Resolutions to begin. Experts say by the end of January the percent of resolutioners goes down to 64% and only a few months later drops even farther to 44%. So what happens in those months to cause people to go back to their old ways? A number of reasons can discourage you enough to quit;
A goal that you can do for a year rather than only a few weeks will be better for you in the long run. Who knows, maybe you'll like this fitness stuff so much you'll keep it up! Whether your resolution is fitness based or not, remember; it is a marathon, not a sprint. You'll always have the support and motivation from me, if you need anything don't hesitate to write or call.
