Blizzard 2015 workout

We all know shoveling lots of snow is in our future. Here's an at home workout to strengthen the muscles you need to shovel.

Weighted squats (hold anything with weight) 15x4
Plank hold for 30-60 seconds 3 sets
Wide arm pushups 4 sets of as many as you can
Torso twists 4x20


Finish with 60 second bridge and stretches

Simple home workouts are also very effective. If you do not have extra budget and time to enroll in gym or fitness program, you can always exercise at the comfort of your own home. You just have to find an area in your house where you can move freely and you’re good to go. No need for big and heavy equipment. Thank you for sharing this set.
