Let's all go into today keeping this in the back of our minds. Let's not just eat healthy and exercise to lose weight- let's do it because we just want to improve ourselves. Improving yourself does't always have to be based on the scale or how you see yourself in the mirror; it could be about anything! Improve your posture, be a better son/daughter, be a better friend, procrastinate less.... the list could go on. We all have things that we wish we could do better, why not start today on this lovely Tuesday.
